Yum! Itâs officially the weekend and practically summer now which calls for making pizza at home! Check out Sisanieâs go-to WW-approved margarita pizza recipe in the latest Off-Air With Sisanie episode above.
The recipe is so easy to make and doesnât take much time at all. All you need is one flat pizza crust, tomatoes, shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, garlic, basil and dried oregano.

Ingredients:
1 flatbread pizza crust
plum tomatoes â 2 medium, thinly sliced
garlic cloves â 1 medium, minced
shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese â 1 cup
basil â 2 Tbsp, fresh leaves, thinly sliced
dried oregano â Âœ tsp
cooking spray â 1 spray
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Place crust on baking sheet and bake 2 minutes.
Remove from oven and arrange tomatoes on crust and sprinkle with garlic. Top evenly with mozzarella, basil, and oregano. Bake until cheese is melted, about 4 minutes. Cut into 4 wedges.
