A federal appeals panel ruled that New York City can enforce a vaccine mandate on ALL Teachers and Board of Education staff.
NYC is the nation's largest school district.
A block on the mandate was put in place Friday but that has been reversed.
All NYC Board of Ed members will have to have at least one vaccine shot by Friday at 5pm.
