Jacksonville Man wins $1 Million on Gold Rush Scratch-Off

A $20 scratch-off won a Jacksonville man a $1 million prize.

According to the Florida Times-Union, Llewelyn Phillips, 50, made a trip to the Circle K located at 2688 Old Middleburg Road. There, he purchased a $20 scratch-off ticket for the $5,000,000 Gold Rush Classic game.

His total payout after choosing the one-time, lump-sum payment was $710,000.

There are a total of five Gold Rush Classic games and one Gold Rush Special Edition game which is a $30 ticket that could win you up to $15,000,000.
