Lead singer of Jacksonville rock band charged with unlawful sexual activity

Chad Valeu, 42, has been arrested for alleged unlawful sexual activity with a minor between the ages of 16 and 17, and possession of child porn. Valeu is the lead singer of the Jacksonville Rock Band called Near Empty.

According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, the victims mother went to authorities after finding explicit photos of Valeu and the teens genitals being sent to one another. It is said that they met through Facebook. 

In June, the band's bass player, 42-year-old Adam Ingram was arrested and charged with 10 counts of child pornography possession charges. Ingram was arrested after JSO received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
