Froggy decided to give intermittent fasting a try to kickstart a 5-10lb weight loss journey. He explained to Elvis and the crew that he eats for 8 hours a day while fasting the remaining 16 hours. During his fast, he drinks water, coffee, and green tea, but nothing else.
A handful of people called in their share their experiences with intermittent fasting. Our listener Julie revealed that she lost 180 lbs using an intermittent fasting technique! "The longer you do it, the easier it gets," she shared about the hunger pangs you get when you first start.
For now, Froggy is eating a big lunch and healthy dinner between the hours of 12 pm and 8 pm.
