Life is typically a mess but whew COVID-19 is upending everything. That means lay-offs, furloughs or (if you're lucky enough to be deemed essential) the stress of working from home or pressure of still going into work.
We all need a break. My friend Alex was sweet enough to lead us in an Instagram Live yoga session. Take less than 30 minutes for yourself on the mat. It's an easy flow for all levels. You'll need a yoga mat or towel, water and a block or blanket if you need lower back support.
