The Pulse: Fancy Cheese, Margaritas and Helping Stoneman Douglas Victims

MSD Strong Fundraiser Dinner @ Super Food and Brew

When you cut through all the dumb Facebook fights following the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting, there's one thing we know for sure -- the victims and their families still need help. The MSD alumni chapter in Jacksonville is showing all the love by hosting a dinner at Super Food and Brew downtown. Round up everyone you can because 100% of the sales will be donated to the official GoFundMe page sponsored by the Broward Education Fund.

Cheese 101 @ Grater Goods

If there's anything I've learned about adulting, it's that fancy cheese is worth being a day late on rent. Sort of.

Grater Goods is the cutest little shop in Murray Hill with cheese, charcuterie, crackers, olives, jams, honey, chocolates and basically anything you need to look boujee af even while drinking two buck chuck. The shop is hosting a cheese class with wine pairings. Get on that, girl.

It's National Margarita Day, Y'all

Know what can make any bad situation better? A boozy margarita. Celebrate the cocktail that always has your back on National Margarita Day. My local favorite is the $5 house margarita at La Nopalera. Always on the rocks! Never frozen. I'm not a savage.

Where's your favorite Jax spot for margaritas? Tweet me @CatalinaOnAir. Cheers!
