Intuition Ale Works is turning 7 years old! Don't be rude. Celebrate by drinking all the tasty beer. They have something different to celebrate every day of the week. Thursday is the beer and food pairing with Black Sheep's kitchen at Intuition. The six courses are planned around some popular beers and some that haven't seen the light of day. Here's a little preview of the menu:
First
Scallop crudo, hibiscus-blood orange vinaigrette, radish, fennel pollen
paired with Premonition #3 Belgian Tripel aged in Sauvignon Blanc barrels
Second
Chicken fried sweetbreads, waffles, sorghum gastrique, malted honey butter
paired with Dubbel Helix treated with maple syrup and cinnamon with vanilla bean
