Congress had a whole day of people pretending to swear in with Speaker of the House Paul Ryan.
One of those people was Roger Marshal, a congressman from Kansas...and his teenage son decided to dab during the photo op. Didn't really work though because Paul Ryan stopped to ask if he was okay. His concern was so real cause he thought the dude needed to sneeze. Lol.
Is the viral fame worth it though??? Cause the congressman didn't think it was cute.
