The Tortuga Music Festival kicks off Friday on the sand of Fort Lauderdale Beach.

You can catch performances all weekend long from artists like Lainey Wilson, Boyz II Men, TLC, and Jason Aldean.

Vice Mayor Steve Glassman says the three-day event will be good for business.

A portion of the proceeds will go to the Rock the Ocean Foundation, which supports ocean and marine life preservation. Tortuga has raised over $4-million since 2013.

City of Fort Lauderdale officials have issued a traffic advisory.
