(Miami-Dade, Fla) - The attorneys for the parents of the former OnlyFans model charged with murdering her boyfriend are speaking out calling their arrest "incredibly troubling."
Kim and Deborah Lyn Clenney bonded out of jail yesterday after being arrested for accessing the laptop their daughter shared with the victim.
The defense says the computer was not collected as evidence by the police after the murder because it was a shared device.
The defense also accused the state attorney's office of viewing privileged communications on the laptop about Clenney's murder defense and say they will seek sanctions and recusal of the Miami-Dade prosecutor's office from the case.
Attorney Jude Faccidomo accused the Miami-Dade state attorney's office of bullying Clenney's parents by arresting them and accusing the pair of hacking into the victim's computer.
The defense also says it will seek the recusal of the Miami-Dade state attorney's office from the case because prosecutors viewed privileged communications on the shared computer that laid out Clenney's defense.
