The majority of dates on Paramore's fall 2022 tour have already sold out, leading them to add two more LA dates on 10/20 and 10/27. This time, ticket sales are gonna be a little bit different...
Paramore is taking a stance against ticket scalpers, using an even more secured system than Ticketmaster's 'Verified Fan' to ensure that tickets get into the hands of fans at face value!
So no scalpers can purchase tickets to resell them for profit! Plus if you have tickets but can't go, there is no doubt that a grateful fan will end up with them!

It is unfortunate for large groups, since you can only put a request in for two tickets. There's also the possibility of not getting them at all!
I think this is a great start to preventing ticket scalpers! Right now, I see it working for general admission venues better than seated, for obvious reasons. Either way, I think that Ticketmaster should implement this new way of resale to all shows!
