The Jacksonville Beach Pier will be open on July 6th at 10am! It has been under construction since 2019, after the effects of Hurricanes Matthew and Irma. To battle future damage from hurricanes, it is now 8 feet taller to protect it from storm surge.
There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony with Jacksonville Mayor Lenny Curry and Jacksonville Beach Mayor Christine Hoffman.
