Florida Lottery Winner Credits His Dog for the $2 Million Prize

Leonard Linton of Live Oak, FL took home $2 million from a Florida Lottery scratch off, all thanks to his dog.

Linton's dog, Ivy, was at home and pregnant when he got a call that she wasn't doing well - thus taking a shorter route home and stopping at a different convenient store than he would have if he had taken his usual path where he purchased the winning ticket.

Linton even brought Ivy with him to Tallahassee to claim their prize! A week later, they welcomed another prize... a litter of 6 puppies. Linton named one of the female puppies "Milli", short for a million.
