Billie Eilish just dropped the trailer for her new documentary film!
The âBad Guyâ singer-songwriter took to social media on Monday (September 28) with the very first look at her upcoming movie project, The Worldâs A Little Blurry. Slated to premiere in theaters in February 2021, the project will be directed by RJ Cutler in collaboration with Eilishâs label, Interscope Records.
âThe documentary film about Billie Eilish, titled âBillie Eilish: The Worldâs A Little Blurryâ and directed by RJ Cutler, will be released in theaters and on Apple TV+ in February 2021,â Eilish captioned the announcement, along with a 30-second trailer clip showing footage of the âYou Should See Me in a Crownâ star jamming out on the piano as a baby.
As fans know, Eilish confirmed the documentary on the red carpet at iHeartRadioâs ALTer EGO concert. In an interview at the event, the 18-year-old admitted that she was pretty nervous about the film project, which has been years in the making.
"I've seen no part of it," she explained at the time. "I'm terrified. I'm freaked out. They've been filming since like July of 2018 ... Who has that much footage of them that they've never seen? I'm terrified."
What's more, Eilish has slowly but surely been teasing her new music era. In July, she released her new single, âMy Future,â which serves as the first to come off her Eilishâs second studio album. Additionally, Eilish recently teased another new song and video is coming soon.
