This year's event will be held on Saturday October 3rd, 2026 at the VyStar Ballpark located at 301 A. Philip Randolph Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32202... Rally starts at 8:30am!
What is Sista Strut?
The Law Offices of Ron Sholes P.A. Sista Strut is the largest walk of it's kind in the city to support women of color and heightens awareness about the issues of breast cancer in women of color, as well as provide information on community resources.
Sista Strut recognizes the strength of survivors, their family and friends, heightens awareness, promotes early detection and the search for a cure.
Did you know?
- African American women in the U.S. have a 41% higher death rate from breast cancer than white women.
- African American women are more likely than white women to be diagnosed with breast cancer before age 40 and are more likely to be diagnosed with larger tumors.
Sista Strut benefits the Sisters Network Northeast Florida, as well as The Pink Queen B Foundation. Inc. in support of the women of Jacksonville!
Registration Fees
- June 15, 2026 - October 2, 2026: $15 individual /$15 per team member (not per team)
- Day Of, October 3, 2026: $20 individual /$20 per team member (not per team)
INDIVIDUAL & TEAM MEMBERS REGISTATRIONS RECEIVE: The 2026 Sista Strut T-Shirt.
- A "team" can consist of 2+ people (no minimum or maximum).
- All t-shirts will be pink in 2026.
- Survivors will receive a special beaded or similar necklace
- Sista Strut bags will not be provided this year. Price of registration will include only a t-shirt and entry into the event.
- EACH TEAM MEMBER MUST REGISTER AND PAY, THE PRICE ABOVE IS NOT FOR ENTIRE TEAM.
**We ONLY accept Credit Card Payments...NO CASH, NO MONEY ORDERS OR NO CHECKS**
**Please note there is a ~$3.50 per person processing fee** for credit cards.
**Sizes 3XL + will require an additional fee for print.**
Event is not free.
When Can You Pickup Your Packet?
Packet Pick up locations, dates and times will be posted here, posted to social media handles @v1015 and @933thebeatjamz and emailed to all those who have registered.
Money Orders, Cash and Checks will NOT be accepted. Only credit card payment will be accepted.
It is encouraged that you or a member of your team pick up your packets prior to 10/3/2026, but you will be able to pick up your packet day of event between 8a-9:30a.

Parking
Parking is available in Lots P and M. Enter Lot P from either APR to Adams, Georgia to Adams or Duval to Franklin.
Lot J is NOT permitted for parking - it will be chained and locked, and your vehicle will be at risk for being towed.
Volunteer And Sponsorship Opportunities
Volunteer Opportunities are open to High School students or College students looking for volunteer hours, or any High School or College Cheer Teams or Marching Bands.
