We are hosting screening events with Baptist Health Buddy Bus! The Buddy Bus brings 3D screening mammograms on-site in a comfortable and convenient setting.

To schedule an appointment for your annual mammogram and reserve your spot on the Buddy Bus, click HERE OR scan the QR code below. Baptist Health will schedule your mammograms using the same insurance authorization process used for their at their in-office locations.
Before signing up, please review the eligibility requirements outlined below.
Eligibility requirements:
- You must be aged 40 years or older. If you are age 30-39 and have a doctor’s order or have a first degree relative who was diagnosed with breast cancer before age 40, then our “10-year rule” applies. For example, with a first-degree relative diagnosed at age 42, your eligibility begins at age 32.
- If you have had a prior mammogram, your most recent breast imaging should have been normal and at least 11 months prior.
- You do not have any active breast concerns (such as a breast lump, breast pain, or nipple discharge).
- If you are breastfeeding, be sure to plan enough time to pump or nurse right before appointment. If you will have your child with you, please bring a caregiver to care for your child while you are being screened.
- If you are unable to climb stairs and stand for 10-15 minutes without assistance, you may schedule a screening mammogram appointment at any one of our Baptist Health locations. Please call 904.202.2499.
- You have been seen by a health care provider within the last 12 months who is able to accept and review the results from your screening mammogram. If you do not have a provider and would like to schedule an appointment with a Baptist Health primary care physician, call 904.202.4968.
