2022 is coming to a close - TikTok released a full year end review of its top trends! According to TikTok, these are the top United States food trends:
- Grated Egg Toast
- Air Fryer Recipes
- Boards
- Balsamic Cola
- Asian Cucumber Salad
- Lemon Pasta
- Custard Toast
- Turkish Eggs
- Biscoff Tiramisu
- Smashed Potatoes
However... I have not seen any of these on my FYP, except for Air Fryer Recipes. Food And Wine did some of their own research, and here's what they've determined to be the top 10 TikTok food trends this year:
- Cloud bread
- Baked oats
- Charcuterie boards
- Pasta chips
- Mug cake
- Birria tacos
- Pink sauce
- Cinnamon rolls
- Nacho tables
- Butter boards
