I don't know anything about ASL but it looks like she DEFINITELY understood the assignment interpreting Cardi B and Megan's 2020 hit.
The ASL interpreter is the Instagram user @Kelly4Access, who addressed the viral clip by amplifying the work of Deaf ASL teachers, influencers and content creators.
