This video is super disturbing. I hate it.
Brooke tweeted a long apology saying she was frustrated because her dog is crazy and needs to be trained.
I don't know about you, but I see a loving pup who FLINCHED when she put up a single finger. This has clearly been going on a while. The LAPD launched an investigation into the video.
