Now that The Landing ownership has officially switched to the city, the businesses inside knew it would be time to pack up and move out soon. Mavericks Live the concert venue and club decided to throw one last party.
It was an 18+ blow out where the promoters promised "everyone drinks free til 12".
Y'all know damn well this was gonna be messy. There were SEVERAL fights and you can see from the video that NO ONE WAS BREAKING THEM UP.
The rest of the businesses had to be out of the Landing by Friday but Mavericks signed a week-long extension to stay open. Now, the city is officially closing the club after this video went viral.
