Listen to Daft Punk on iHeartRadio

(Yahoo!) - After enduring weeks of teasers about the release of Daft Punk's highly anticipated forthcoming album, Random Access Memories, fans of the French dance duo don't have to wait any longer. The album leaked online Monday, a week before its official release date of May 21.

Rumors of the leak started circulating on Monday, and a fairly low-quality version had streamed online.

Random Access Memories is now officially streaming over on Daft Punk's iTunes page, perhaps in an effort to combat the negative effects of the bootleg stream.

Daft Punk has been teasing their Columbia Records comeback for a while now, debuting a trailer for the new album on a main-stage screen at the Coachella Festival in mid-April as well as in a commercial during “Saturday Night Live,” and several videos have been released online chronicling the experiences of their album collaborators including Pharrell Williams, Nile Rodgers and Giorgio Moroder.

The disco-flavored debut single from the album, "Get Lucky," hit the top of the iTunes charts in the U.S. and 45 other countries when it was released in April. Excitement for the album's release has been reaching fever pitch, amplified by the fact that it’s been eight years since the release of their last full-length studio album, Human After All.
